Long gone, we hope the times in which a crack on the nose with a are rolled up newspaper a perfectly effective mechanism for teaching a dog is considered some manners. Proposes the view that better do our current crop of young people would if similarly trained dogs, MP showed Edwina curry from her former Tory, it must be said, well behaved on canine companions from.
She had “Proof” that your method also worked from your own daughter that had applied the same disciplines to your own children.
The main thrust of the argument is that children should be said, not asked and that parents do not have to answer the young un’s questions that you should just do as you said, if you are told, end of the debate.
Now, I must admit it made me think.
I have no children, but I enjoy your Firma.Mit young people in my own extended family I think really, really, me enjoy the marathon quiz sessions you me through. Go something like this…
“What is this book?”
“This is an OWL.”
“What is an OWL?”
“It is a large bird of prey.”
“Why pray it?”
“No.”"Pray not chasing as in prayer, to eat prey such as wildlife in it.”
“Why?”
“Now, the OWL to live and get it has thus to eat animals that are smaller.”

“Well, uh, it is how nature works.”
“I would eat animals that are smaller than me?”
“Well….”(OK, now I am worrying – my niece is increased vegetarians? I am doing someone else small child nightmares about giant owls accidentally cause down nosedive dine?)Uh, no.”Not unbedingt.Menschen have not to eat other animals.”
“I like to eat dinosaurs.”
“You do? hang on, sorry.Was?”To eat dinosaurs?
“Ja.Ich like the Greens.”
“Dinosaur?”
“Yep.Sie are shaky.”
“Dinosaur?”
“Yeah.”"So would an OWL your dog food?”
“No.eulen not really big enough to a dog food.”
“Would an OWL food a pig?”
“No.Schweine are usually larger than dogs.”
“Would an OWL, a dinosaur food?”
“Ja.Ja would it.”
“Oh.”
“Would your dog food an OWL?”

Spaß.Ich really enjoy this knowledge exchange. learns that what my niece owls eat and I learn my niece green, shaky dinosaur genießt.Gegenseitig beneficial.

I can honestly say the 2,000 plus dogs which I have worked personally with, no two were ever gleichen.In of fact, is amazing sheer scope and diversity in personalities, EVEN in litter mates.
That reminded me – if we propose that there is a single ‘system’ or ‘Method’ dogs or children be training we fail.
My own brother and I differ massively in the things to do us, or stop to motivate.
Genetically, we are almost identical, we share the same parents and a nearly identical education have enjoyed, but the format our behavior, my parents must have worked, very quickly what does and does not work with both of us (if, for example, wanted to give my mother my brother or stop to do something, anything that had to do was to ignore it and within minutes he would be attractive and promising to sein.Me, would on the other hand, the perfect opportunity to do something really naughty do ignoriert.Ich would think it was a great opportunity to do something outrageous – which my mother, stopping you ignore me, sharpish and bring real jobs to me (you would jeopardise, my father saying).)
The moral of this little story seems to be dogs – exactly as children – all are wired, very, very unterschiedlich.Der is key in the design of behavior
(a) find out what motivates good behavior
(b) find out, what works as a way to stop unwanted behavior
(c) never get to a point where you don’t want you questions!
